• Does my order ship the same day I place it?

Yes, if your order will ship anywhere in the U.S. AND you  place it before 10:45 a.m. Mountain Time on a regular business day.  

No, if 1) you selected Super Saver Shipping, OR 2) you are shipping outside the U.S., OR 3) you placed your order after 10:45 a.m. Mountain Time (or after 12:45 pm EST), OR 4) if you placed your order on a holiday or on Saturday or Sunday.

• Where is my order?  Do I get a confirmation of shipment?

You do get a confirmation of shipment and usually a tracking number within 24 hours after your order ships.  Please refer to your email correspondence from us.  You can use the tracking number we provide and search on www.google.com, which will link you to UPS.com or USPS.com and provide detailed departure and delivery information.

• How long does UPS Ground (or any of the other UPS option) take to deliver my order to my door?

Please use the UPS shipping calculator to calculate an estimated delivery date.  This will take holidays and weekends into account.  Your order will ship from American Fork, Utah, 84003.  As a rule of thumb, shipping from Utah to the East Coast takes 5 business days when shipped via UPS Ground.

• How long do orders to Canada take for delivery?  How about the United Kingdom or Australia?

International orders take us a little bit more time to process.  Please allow us up to 5 business days to process your order.  It will then take another 3-5 business days for Global Express, or another 6-10 business days for Global Priority.  If you are unsure your order will make it to you in time, please email for a delivery estimate.

• How long will it take to get my order that is sent via Super Saver Shipping?

It depends on when you placed your order and where it is shipping to.  For customers who have more time before their event date, we created this option of shipping.  We minimize our costs for this method of shipping by using USPS Priority Mail and by shipping these orders once or twice a week, instead of daily, depending on the volume of orders we receive that week.  These orders ship once or twice a week, but the days of the week fluctuate.  So, if your order is placed on Tuesday afternoon and we ship Wednesday morning, you will receive your order more quickly.  However, if your order was placed on Tuesday and we ship the following Monday afternoon your order will take a little bit longer to receive.  As a general rule, allow up to 1 1/2 weeks to receive Super Saver orders, although we usually are able to get them to you faster.

• Can I ask for Super Saver Shipping, but then have it shipped faster if Super Saver Shipping is too slow?

Yes!  Just indicate the preferred shipping method that will assure you order arrives on time (2nd Day Air, Ground, etc.).  Then, in the comments section at check-out, request that we consider Super Saver Shipping if the order will ship within one day (or two, or three--whatever your preference).  If we ship with Super Saver Shipping, we will subtract the difference from your total before charging your credit card.

• How long does Super Saver Shipping take after shipment to arrive to the East Coast?  How about to the West Coast, the South or Midwest?

Super Saver orders ship via Priority Mail which usually takes 2-3 business days for delivery, although that delivery time is not guaranteed.
